Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum is 12 pieces per order. That keeps the work personal while still being a good fit for small businesses, teams and families.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted, so there are no posted prices. Tell Jenny what items, how many and where the logo goes, and you'll get a clear quote.
What is digitizing, and is there a fee?
Digitizing turns your logo into a stitch file the machine can read. A digitizing fee applies when your logo needs this. The amount is in your quote.
What artwork formats do you accept?
Send what you have: PNG, JPG, PDF or vector files if you have them, or even a photo or sketch. Jenny will let you know if anything else is needed.
Will I see it before the whole batch is stitched?
Yes. Every item gets final approval before the full batch is run.
How long does it take?
Typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on order size. Need it by a certain date? Put your deadline in the quote request.
Can I bring my own items, or can you provide them?
Both. You can bring your own items, or Jenny can source them for you at good pricing.
How many thread colors can my design have?
Multi-color designs are welcome. The number of colors is part of what Jenny looks at when she quotes.
Do you ship, or is it pickup only?
Both are available, plus local delivery. Jenny will confirm the best option for your order when she quotes it.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at pickup or before shipment.
What if something isn't right?
Jenny has a fix-it guarantee. If something isn't right, she makes it right.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. Get in touch with what you'd like to reorder and Jenny will quote it.
How do I care for embroidered items?
As a general rule, wash inside out in cool water and avoid high heat. Check the care label on your item too.
