We source them. Jenny can buy the items for you at good pricing. Tell her the style, sizes and colors you like.
Artwork and digitizing, explained
Machines can't stitch a picture directly. A logo first has to be turned into a stitch file that tells the machine where each stitch goes. That's called digitizing.
A one-time digitizing fee applies when your logo needs to be turned into a stitch file. The amount is included in your quote, so you'll see it before you decide. Send whatever artwork you have, even a photo or a sketch, and Jenny will tell you what's possible.
Good to know
- Minimum: 12 pieces per order
- Pricing: every item is quoted, no posted prices
- Turnaround: typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on order size
- Approval: final approval on every item before the full batch
- Payment: due at pickup or before shipment
- Getting it to you: ships, local pickup, or local delivery
